These Nervous Disorders vary in
severity from mild to moderate to severe. They only cause serious problems when
they are moderate to severe, and especially when a person suffers from 2 or more
Nervous Disorders, which is almost always the case. Whenever we find one
Nervous Disorder there are nearly always 2, 3, 4 or more other Nervous
Disorders present. When you are ready to discover what your own Personal
Nervous Disorders are, if any, (or what your partner, relative or friend’s Nervous
Disorders are, if any), do The Beck
Mini DISCOMFORTS/DYSFUNCTIONS Checklist. You can do this checklist online at any time at www.DrBecksChecklists.com, or by
appointment with a NeuroHealth Coach
at The Family NeuroHealth Centre.
If you read the following descriptions
of the “Big 7” Commonest Nervous Disorders you may recognise which ones you (or
your partner, relative or friend) suffer from, if any. The understanding you will get from reading
the following pages 3 or 4 times and from repeating The Beck Mini DISCOMFORTS/DYSFUNCTIONS Checklist 3 or 4
times will greatly improve your quality of life.
After you do The Beck Mini DISCOMFORTS/DYSFUNCTIONS Checklist press the Print Report button and get a printed report with a DDC Total Score. If your DDC Total Score is between 600 and 1000 on two or more occasions then you probably have many serious Nervous Disorders that need urgent attention. If your score is less than 200 on 2 or more occasions then you probably don’t have any very important nervous Disorders and will probably manage without treatment.
The program always prints out your most serious Nervous Disorder Features first, so your treatment always needs to be focussed mainly on the first, second and third Groups of Problems at the top of the first page of your Report.
As you keep repeating the Checklist the program also prints out a graph of all of your previous Total Scores at the end of your Report. This helps you to know whether your treatment is improving your Disorders and general condition, and if not which treatment needs to be increased, or changed.
